Shipping is Fast and Free over $49 (typically same or next-day shipping) for orders in the contiguous 48 states. All orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. If you choose the free shipping option, you must provide us with a physical address. We will not ship to a PO Box. If you do not have a physical address, free shipping is not an option for you. If we receive your order with free shipping chosen, and you did not supply a physical address, the order will be put on hold until we resolve the issue with you. If you require shipping to a P.O box, you must pay for and choose USPS as the shipping option during checkout.
All Berkey Product orders are shipped "signature required." If you would like a "no signature required" for delivery, please note that preference in Step 2 of the order process.With processing and shipping time, it can take between 3 to 5 business days for your item to arrive. Most orders will ship in approximately in 1 to 2 business days. At checkout, if you do not select “Signature Required”, you are waiving the requirement for a signature when your package is delivered. Neither epicwater.com nor the shipping carrier will be held liable for packages delivered without a signature. We will arrange for shipment of the products and services to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
For an international shipping quote, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your physical mailing address and the product or products you want. Once you confirm your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and your order will be shipped shortly.
- All non-First-Class items shipped are sent UPS ground (insured), Fedex (Insured), or United States Postal Service (insured) within the contiguous US unless customer arranges for product to shipped via freight/shipping carrier.
- Due to country-specific shipping problems, we do not ship to:
- North Korea
- Shipping and/or freight charges are non-refundable.

Canadian Shipping: The customer is responsible for any customs, brokerage, or other fees that may be incurred as a result of the merchandise crossing the Canadian border. Please check with your local government before ordering so you are aware of what, if any, additional charges there may be to you. Merchandise refused or returned for any reason from an order shipped to Canada will incur a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping and restocking fees for refused shipments, or shipments that do not get through customs - Internationally, we have experienced that these return shipping charges are notoriously higher than the original shipping costs out to the customer. They also tend to be higher than any customs fees, so please be conscious of this before refusing any shipments. Carriers will sometimes abandon refused packages. In this case, we would be unable to provide a credit back to the customer as we would not get the product back.
We offer expedited shipping methods through UPS (Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3rd Day Select). Orders for this expedited service placed before 12:00 pm (noon) MST on a regular business day (M-F), will be shipped that day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day unless that day is a holiday or weekend, then it would ship the next available business day. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Under certain rare circumstances that are sometimes beyond our control, we may not be able to get orders out for Next Day Air
An undeliverable order is an order that was not successfully delivered for various reasons. In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver the order for any reason, (including an incorrect address), the carrier will return the package to our shipping warehouse. This package will then be sent back with an extra cost of shipping fee upon your request.

- Return fee on all returns $12.50
- Reship is the original cost of shipping plus Return fee
- Redirect fee $21.90
- Recall fee $21.90
Upon receipt, if an item is damaged or defective as a result of manufacturing, simply contact Epic Waters System at epicwater.com upon receipt and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to get that item fully replaced at no cost to you as quickly as possible. Prepaid return postage will be included with the replacement product so that you may return the damaged/defective product at no cost to you!
Please notify Epic Water systems at email@example.com in the event of shipping damage and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to ship you replacements for the damaged items at no cost for you along with prepaid postage to return the damaged item.
